Part IHarbour Administration
1 The Isle of Man Harbour Board
The Isle of Man Harbour Board shall have the charge, maintenance, and regulation of all tidal harbours within the Island, including Douglas, Ramsey, Peel, Castletown, and Port Erin.
2 Harbour Masters
The Harbour Master of any port may direct the mooring, berthing, and unmooring of all vessels entering the harbour, and failure to comply with his lawful directions shall incur a fine not exceeding £5.
Part IIHarbour Dues
3 Passenger Dues
(1)The Harbour Board may levy and collect a passenger due of sixpence (6d.) on every passenger landed or embarked at Douglas Harbour.
(2)Cargo vessels shall pay tonnage dues in accordance with rates prescribed by resolution of Tynwald.

This Act may be cited as the Isle of Man Harbours Act.
