An Act of Tynwald to establish agricultural marketing schemes; to regulate trade in livestock, grain, and dairy; and for connected purposes.

Part IMarketing Schemes and Boards
1 Establishment of Marketing Boards
Tynwald may approve schemes regulating the sale, grading, and pricing of agricultural produce, and such schemes shall be administered by elected marketing boards representing producers.
2 Export of Manx Produce
No livestock, potatoes, or dairy produce shall be exported from the Island without an inspection certificate issued by an authorised officer of the Board of Agriculture.
Part IIDisease Prevention
3 Bovine Health and Quarantine
All cattle imported into the Island shall undergo a statutory period of quarantine at the port of arrival and be certified free of tuberculosis before release.

This Act may be cited as the Isle of Man Agricultural Marketing Act.
