1 Permanent Way and Locomotives

All steam locomotives, electric railcars, and tracks of the Isle of Man Railway and the Manx Electric Railway shall be subject to inspection by the Government Engineer.

2 Cattle Trespass on Railway Lines

Any owner of livestock who permits the same to stray upon any railway line through failing to maintain adjoining fences shall be liable to a fine not exceeding £2 per animal.

3 Warning Signals at Road Crossings

Engine drivers shall sound the whistle or gong when approaching any level crossing not provided with gates.
