Part IPolitical Uniforms and Processions
1 Prohibition of Political Uniforms
(1)Any person who in any public place or at any public meeting wears uniform signifying his association with any political organization or promotion of any political object shall be guilty of an offence.
(2)A person guilty of an offence under this section shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £50 or to imprisonment for not more than three months.
2 Control of Public Processions
If a Chief Officer of Police has reasonable ground for apprehending that a procession may occasion serious public disorder, he may give directions imposing conditions prescribing the route to be taken.

3 Offensive Conduct in Public
Any person who in any public place uses threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour with intent to provoke a breach of the peace shall be liable to a fine not exceeding £10.

This Act may be cited as the Public Order and Processions Act.
