Part ICommon Lands and Glens
1 Preservation of Glens and Plantations
(1)The Isle of Man Forestry, Mines and Lands Board shall maintain and preserve all national glens, plantations, and ancient common lands for the recreation of the public.
(2)Any person who wilfully damages any tree, fence, bridge, or seat in any national glen shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £5.
Part IIAfforestation and Timber
2 Restriction on Felling Trees
(1)No person shall fell any growing timber tree without a written licence issued by the Board.
(2)Whosoever unlawfully cuts, breaks, or barks any growing timber tree shall be guilty of an offence and liable to a fine not exceeding £10.

This Act may be cited as the Isle of Man Forestry, Mines and Lands Act.
