Part IThe Fire Service
1 Isle of Man Fire Brigade
(1)There shall be a unified fire service for the Island, to be known as the Isle of Man Fire Brigade, maintained under the direction of the Local Government Board.
(2)Fire stations shall be maintained at Douglas, Ramsey, Peel, Castletown, and Port Erin.

2 Entry and Extinction of Fires
Any member of the Fire Brigade on duty may break into, enter, and take charge of any building or premises reasonably believed to be on fire without the consent of the owner.
3 False Alarms of Fire
Any person who knowingly gives or causes to be given a false alarm of fire to the Fire Brigade shall be guilty of an offence and liable to a fine not exceeding £20.
