Part IRemuneration of the Executive
1 Salaries of the Prime Minister and Ministers
There shall be charged annually upon the Consolidated Fund the following official salaries:
(a)to the Prime Minister and First Lord of the Treasury, £100;
(b)to the Chancellor of the Exchequer and each principal Secretary of State, £50;
(c)to the Leader of His Majesty’s Loyal Opposition in the House of Commons, £30;
(d)to Parliamentary Under-Secretaries of State, £25.
Part IIRemuneration of Members of Parliament
2 Members’ Parliamentary Allowance
Every Member of the House of Commons who is not in receipt of a ministerial or official salary shall be entitled to receive an allowance of £17.50 per annum for the discharge of his parliamentary duties.

This Act may be cited as the Ministerial Salaries and Parliamentary Pensions Act.
