1 Offence of High Treason

(1)A person commits high treason who:

(a)compasses, imagines, or intends death or bodily harm tending to death or destruction, of His Majesty King ob2035;

(b)levies war against His Majesty within His Realm;

(c)adheres to His Majesty’s enemies within the Realm, giving to them aid and comfort.

(2)Every person convicted of high treason shall suffer death as a felon.

Part IISedition and Incitement

2 Incitement to Mutiny

Whosoever maliciously and advisedly endeavours to seduce any person serving in His Majesty’s forces by sea, land, or air from his duty and allegiance shall be guilty of a felony and liable to imprisonment for life.

This Act may be cited as the Treason and State Security Act.
