Part ICrown Foreshores
1 Title to the Foreshore
The bed of the sea and the foreshore between high-water and low-water marks of ordinary spring tides surrounding the Island are declared to remain vested in His Majesty King ob2035, Lord of Mann.
2 Prohibition on Unlawful Removal of Sand and Shingle
(1)It shall be unlawful for any person without a written licence from the Harbour Board to dig, raise, or cart away any sand, stone, gravel, or shingle from any part of the foreshore.
(2)Any person who violates this section shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £10 for each cartload removed.

3 Unauthorised Works on the Shore
No pier, jetty, groin, or breakwater shall be erected upon the foreshore without the approval of the Lieutenant Governor and Tynwald.
